Final pricing may change if shipment details (weight, size, route, handling requirements) differ from those originally submitted.
Quotes are valid for a limited time unless otherwise stated.
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate shipment details.
Properly package goods for transportation.
Ensure all documentation is correct and complete.
Comply with all applicable shipping and safety regulations.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information or improper packaging.
While we coordinate shipments with professional carriers:
We are not responsible for loss or damage beyond carrier liability limits.
Customers are encouraged to request additional insurance coverage where necessary.
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, customs, strikes, road conditions, or force majeure events.
Payment terms will be specified in the invoice or service agreement.
Late payments may be subject to additional charges.
The Company reserves the right to suspend services for unpaid invoices.
Cancellations must be made before shipment dispatch.
Fees may apply if cancellation occurs after booking confirmation.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to company policy.
